Spiritual Growth

Without prayer we can’t go forward
we only balk and stand still,
for the fear that we are feeling
will remove us from God’s will.

Then the enemy will take us
to a place we should not go,
for confusion will take over
and the Spirit will not flow.

To find our way out of this
we need to pray and seek His face,
for everything belongs to Him
and we need to find our place.

Peace and joy are ours to keep
if we choose to make the claim,
with prayer and supplication
in the Lord’s most Holy name.

One Of The Greatest Truths

There are many things in life
that can really get us down,
we feel like nothing goes right
and that God is not around.

But if we look at the Bible
we’ll begin to see the truth,
that God is always there for us
and our faith will give us proof.

Like Paul and Silas in prison
we can choose to praise the Lord,
when something goes wrong in life
then we will receive Gods reward.

For God can use our circumstances
to bring others into the fold,
if we use instead of fight them
and without fear do what we’re told.
