The Midnight Hour

Don’t let Satan or the world
take away your eternal hope,
remember you’re in the book of life
then you’ll find the strength to cope.

For nothing the devil can do or say
will remove you from Gods grace,
you are destined for redemption
and eternity in a heavenly place.

You can’t allow doubt or fear
to steal your joy and peace,
Christ died to give this to you
and rejoicing should never cease.

For in Christ you are perfected
in your soul and in Gods sight,
so be prepared for His return
for He’ll come like a thief in the night.
